Overview Siloxaderm

Siloxaderm Silicone Tape is crafted from 100% medical-grade silicone, designed for sensitive and fragile skin. It adheres securely yet removes gently and cleanly. Easily cut to your desired length.

Size: 1 roll — 2 cm × 3 m

Indications
  • Securing drains, tubes, electrodes, and cannulas
  • General protection of intact skin
  • Post-healing scar care to help reduce scar visibility

Tip: Use continuously for 12-24 weeks or until the scar stops responding.

How to Use
  1. Clean the area and dry completely. Avoid oils or serums.
  2. Cut tape to length and peel off the backing (keep it to park the tape while showering).
  3. Place over the scar, sticky side down, ensuring full coverage. Excess hair may reduce adhesiveness.
  4. If irritation (itching, redness, rash) occurs, remove and discontinue use.

Reuse: Wash the same strip with warm soapy water and air-dry until adhesion fades. Replace when it curls or loses stickiness.

Warnings
  • Do not use if allergic to silicone rubber.
  • Do not apply on open wounds.

    This tape is everything the website leads it to be. Its soft, flexible but with strong adherance. Depending on my scar locations it can stay in place for a week. I have been using this tape for 5 months and has not caused any irritations. I unfortunately develop keliod scars but i do believe that this is helping minimise the scar.

    I have recently started using this tape on my new scars. The tape is easy to apply and remove and as it can be washed, it is good value for money. It feels nice on delicate skin and I am looking forward to it helping with reducing my scars.

    I used this after diep flap surgery. It’s very easy to take off which helps when everything is sore and sensitive! So far my scars are looking great, will be buying more

    Cleans well and stays sticky for about a week before it needs replacing. Nice to have a barrier after surgical dressing are removed.

    I’m 9 weeks post gallbladder surgery, but this is the second time I’ve ordered from here. I had great success with minimal scarring and no raised areas with my previous c section and now my gallbladder surgery. It helps protect the area snd I’m very happy with the results.

    Have only been using for 3 weeks. Very happy with it compared to the other much more expensive brands. Stays on in the shower easy to remove and the skin tone is great.Hopefully my extensive scaring will start to improve.

    This is my second box. I still have plenty left in the previous box but recently had surgery for basal cell carcinoma and it has helped significantly with flattening and healing the scar.

    I found the item very easy to use and cut into sizable strips. I am using the tape for scars under my arms after a brachioplasty proceedure. The tape stays on for a fews days even after showering. I found it was much easier to remove after a shower when it was wet, this seemed to minimise the discomfort of removal. I cannot provide an honest review on how it is helping with the scarring yet, as have only been using for a just over a week.
