Exquisite Bodies

At Exquisite Bodies, we understand that choosing the right compression garment is an important part of your recovery journey. Because of the hygienic and sensitive nature of our products, we have specific return conditions in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.

1. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

If you have an Exquisite Bodies account, please log in using the email address used for your order, click the person icon in the top right corner, and select Returns.

If you checked out as a guest or do not have an account, please complete our Returns Form and either:

Step 2: Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, garments must be returned in brand-new, resalable condition, meaning they:

  • Have only been briefly tried on over clean undergarments
  • Have not been worn for extended periods
  • Have not been washed
  • Show no marks, stains, makeup, odours, or signs of use
  • Have not been worn directly against the skin
  • Are returned in original, undamaged packaging

For hygiene reasons, garments that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Tell Us What You'd Like

When submitting your request, please:

  • Let us know the reason for the return
  • Confirm whether you are requesting an exchange or refund

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Step 4: Send Your Return

Please package your item securely and return it via your nearest post office.

Be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

Returns received without identifying details may be delayed or returned to sender.

Step 5: Assessment & Processing

Once received, your return will be assessed. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be dispatched once shipping fees are paid, or
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

2. Purchases Made Through Clinics or Third Parties

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Exquisite Bodies.

If your garment was purchased through a surgeon, clinic, hospital, or distributor, please contact them directly to arrange a return under their policy.

3. Faulty Products & Warranty

All Exquisite Bodies garments are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of noticing the issue:

All items are inspected before a repair, replacement, or refund is approved.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect sizing or misuse
  • Improper washing or care
  • Alterations or repairs not authorised by Exquisite Bodies

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns where all eligibility conditions are met.

For hygiene reasons, garments that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

A 10% restocking fee applies to any approved change-of-mind returns and is deducted from the refund amount.

5. Return Shipping & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges incur a flat $16.50 shipping fee (regular AusPost)
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost
  • Exchange shipping fees must be paid before dispatch

If you need to place a new order before returning your original item, simply email or call us to discuss your new order — we'll waive the restocking fee.

6. Sale Items

Due to hygiene considerations and clearance pricing, sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

(A 10% restocking fee automatically applies to all refunds.)
