Exquisite Bodies Returns Policy

At Exquisite Bodies, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, medical-grade garments. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return conditions to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

1. Return Authorisation Required

All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) Form.

  • Returns received without the required form will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

2. Direct Purchases Only

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Exquisite Bodies. If you purchased your garment through a doctor, clinic, or distributor, please contact them directly to arrange any return according to their own policy.


3. Faulty Products

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please notify our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All faulty items are subject to inspection before a replacement or credit can be processed.
  • Please note that we are not liable for any damage caused during delivery by a courier.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes items don’t work out. If you wish to return a non-faulty item:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and tried on only over clean undergarments.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of garments that have been worn against the skin or opened then washed and resealed.

Please double-check your measurements before opening the packaging. Once worn or washed, items cannot be returned.


5. Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If you are exchanging an item, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 will apply to cover the delivery of your replacement garment.
  • This fee will be charged before your exchange is dispatched.

6. Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted sale items unless the item is faulty.


7. Refund Processing

Refunds will only be issued once returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.


8. Bulk Returns

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns involving multiple items (three or more garments from the same order).
