a) Measure Your Band Size
Wrap the tape just under your bust (snug, not tight).
For all day comfort and to allow for swelling add 1cm

b) Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust (snug, not tight).
For all day comfort and to allow for swelling add 1cm

c) Calculate Your Cup Size
Bust size – Band size = Cup difference (in cm)

Step 2: Find Your Cup Size

    This bra has quite a high coverage and feels nice and snug. It is comfortable to wear. The ruched style looks nice but it left a wrinkle pattern on my breasts which I did not like.!

    This bra was very easy to put on which I found Heidi after a breast reduction. The only issue I had was that it folded underneath my breast, but it was comfortable all the same

    I've found this bra to be very comfortable. Initially ordered a medium, but after reading a review suggesting go a size up, I sent it back (unopened) & happily received the large. Staff were excellent in dealing with the exchange. Fantastic service & fast delivery.

    I brought this garment measured to the exact measurement chart ordered my size and it’s too small when I tried it on , it cuts into my underarm side boob. I’m disappointed as I paid good money now can’t return the product once opened ,if anyone is going to purchase I would suggest go one size up to save yourself the money spent on nothing .

    I had two post op bras. Bella in white and Alice in Black. My size was 315cc. I highly recommend both for different reasons,, but Bella was by far my favorite for the first week of Post op healing. I am 6 weeks out at the time of writing this review, and still like to wear Bella at night as the support and comfort is amazing. I'm a stylist and blogger, so I was a bit dubious about how my post-op bra would look! Trust me, in the first couple of weeks all you will want is superior support and comfort and the Bella bra has plenty of that! The cup has full support around the entire breast and doesn't cut in anywhere. The front hook and eye closure is essential. 100% recommend adding this to your Post-op bra requirements - and I suggest having Alice as an option for if you need a more discreet post-bra with your outfit. I got Bella in white and Alice in Black.
