High Waisted Abdominal Girdle – Mid-Thigh
This Stage 1 high-waisted girdle is designed with padded zippers on both sides, an open crotch, and a 3" plush non-roll elastic waistband. A reinforced double abdominal panel provides extra compression, while lace with a silicone bead helps prevent rolling at the leg. Latex-free with targeted compression technology. Available in beige or black.

How to Measure ▾
How To Measure
- Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your torso and add 1–2cm
- Hips: Measure at the widest part of your hips and add 1–2cm
- Thigh: Measure at the widest part of your thigh and add 1–2cm
Use these adjusted numbers to find your size on the chart.
Example:
Waist: 97cm + 2cm = 99cm → 2XL
Hip: 105cm + 2cm = 107cm → L
Choose the larger size (2XL) for optimal comfort and fit.
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash
- Air dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron
- Use a mesh laundry bag to extend garment life

Post surgery
I bought this post surgery, did all the measurements correctly however it did not fit when it arrived. The material is lovely and delivery was fast.

Great product
Sizing is good, quality product, amazing customer service and fast delivery. My only complaint was I wish it had a front zip option in this style as the zipper hurts my sides and I can’t sleep on my side but otherwise a great product.

Good option post op
Good option as Stage1 garment after Lipo except if back area was include in the Lipo. Better option in this case is BS03. Excellent material, fit well and amazing customer service.
