This sleeveless Stage 1 compression vest/bra is designed to provide comfortable, consistent support to the upper torso and breast area following surgery. How to Measure ▾
- Under Bust: Measure at the base of the breast and add 1–2cm
- Arm: Measure at the widest part of your arm and add 1–2cm
Use these adjusted numbers to find your size on the chart.
Example:
Under Bust: 80cm + 2cm = 82cm → LG
Arm: 28cm + 2cm = 30cm → M
Choose the larger size (LG) for optimal comfort and fit.
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash
- Air dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron
- Use a mesh laundry bag to extend garment life

Sleeveless Compression Vest/Bra
This bra is fantastic for our post operative Breast Reduction, Breast Augmentation and Mastopexy patients. It provides support and compression and fits like a crop so the band does not rub on the new surgical scars during the post operative period. It is easy to wash and dry and is very durable during the 6 weeks of full time wear we require from our patients.

I like the coverage this garment provides for the breast area, however, it's a bit long in the body. The elastic band should sit right under the breast to help form the new inframammary fold line.
