Alice – Post-Surgical Compression Bra (Hook & Eye Closure)

Soft on skin. Strong on support. Made to heal.
Alice is a medical-grade, surgeon preferred, compression bra designed for recovery after breast surgery. Our most popular post op choice. With seamless construction, adjustable straps, and posture-supporting features, it offers the ideal balance of protection, comfort, and clinical function.

Tip: We recommend purchasing two garments — one to wear, one to wash — so you stay clean, comfortable, and supported 24/7.

Why You’ll Love It
  • Easy to Apply & Adjust – Front hook-and-eye closure and openable shoulder straps for quick access and simple adjustments.
  • Advanced Zone Technology – Knitted in 4-way stretch to adapt and support the breasts through the entire recovery period thanks to the expansion and contraction capabilities, that will secure continued support during swelling and de-swelling.
  • Comfort-First Design – Seamless knit and integrated care label reduce irritation and pressure points.
  • Posture Support – High-back design encourages better posture and helps reduce neck, shoulder, and back pain.
  • Adjustable Fit – Wide, supportive shoulder straps adapt to the wearer’s shape and recovery needs.

*If you are between 2 sizes - we recommend you size up for a more comfortable fit.

Please note: Carefix advises to measure yourself after your surgery, but since most patients need to have their bra with them by the time of their surgery, they suggest that you can still measure before your surgery. Simply find the size you fall under using the above graph, then go up one or two sizes to account for the possible swelling. For less compression go up 2 sizes, for more compression go up one size.

I purchased this as a post op bra after having breast implants explanted I found it super comfortable it has adjustable straps which aren’t too wide and has a racer back, it dosnt sit up too high on your chest so your still able to wear all your normal clothes. I highly recommend this garment

  • Most attractive Post-op bra 5

    Posted by hello@societyofnow.com on 19th Jan 2017

Im a stylist and blogger and the Alice post-op bra was the most attractive bra in my opinion. The support level was great and I loved that the hook and eye closure was at the front so it was easy to maneuver for the weeks after surgery. The straps weren't to wide and I loved the T back. Also the front didn't sit to high on the chest so it meant the bra was concealed under clothes. This bra was perfect for excerising, wearing under low cut tops and general everyday.

It's a comfortable bra but the lace across the top is too tight and leaves marks on patients breasts
