Unlike traditional compression garments with a single seam running directly along the inner leg, this garment features two parallel inner-leg seams positioned either side of the centre of the inner thigh.

This creates a smooth fabric zone between the seams, helping keep garment stitching away from areas where inner-thigh incisions or sutures may be located. The design helps minimise unnecessary seam contact with sensitive post-operative areas while maintaining compression and coverage through the leg.
